With more than 25 years of demonstrated accomplishments in credit risk and asset management of affordable housing, valuation, product development and sales.
Most recently, he has served as Asset Management Consultant for Atlanta Housing Authority (AHA), managing mixed income and mixed finance and Project Based Rental Assistance Portfolios and Asset Management staff. As Senior Vice President Community Development Banking Bank of America, NA, he originated and managed affordable housing and community development credit facilities, increasing sale of Commercial Banking Products and the bank’s Brand.
For Wachovia National Bank, as Senior Vice President Community Development, Stan managed Georgia’s affordable housing and economic business development opportunities, developed Relationship Management Plans, IT innovation, policies and operational procedures for mortgage collateral, underwriting and valuation. As Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending First Union, NA, he produced more than $8M in revenue and grew “Tier One” relationships by 10% per year.
Stan is proud of his many outstanding community and leadership memberships and affiliations. He holds Master of City Planning (MCP) from Georgia Institute of Technology. He conducted Real Estate research activities and affordable housing surveys and assisted in the development of a comprehensive affordable housing physical condition and availability report for designated geographic areas of Fulton County.
